Took two weeks for my transfers to arrive; after 2 phone calls I was issued a partial refund. Customer service was wonderful and they did what they could to make things right. My shirts came within 2 days and when my transfers finally arrived I couldn’t have been more thrilled with them. Definitely will be using Ninja for my larger shirt orders as they are the cheapest I have found. Once I figure out how to design hang sheets I’ll be ordering some of those as well. Highly satisfied even with the shipping delay.
